Mental Health and Human Resilience

Dr. Taylor is a Professor and Head of the Department of Psychology. He has held positions at both traditional medical schools and at liberal arts colleges in the United States. In 2006, Dr. Taylor joined the faculty at The Citadel. Dr. Taylor teaches courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level within the Department of Psychology and is an avid researcher and practicing clinician as well. He was recently awareded a Fulbright Fellowship and he served as the 2016-2017 Distinguished Chair in Brain Science and Child and Family Wellness at the University of Calgary.His primary areas of research and clinical work are in the field of Pediatric Psychology.
