Biography
Dr Justin Brophy is the appointed Consultant Psychiatrist and Clinical Director of the HSE Wicklow Mental Health Services, and Executive Clinical Director of HSE Dublin South East/Wicklow Mental Health Services.He is a Fellow of The Royal College of Psychiatrists and Past President of the College of Psychiatrists of Ireland. Dr Brophy is a Director and Chairman of the Irish Association of Suicidology and is Senior Lecturer in Psychiatry at the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. He served on the Expert Advisory Group for Mental Health that drafted a Vision for Change, and currently serves on the National Patient Safety Advisory Group.
